Hey guys. Wanted to share my custom 1:1 Jawa. Just finished him up.

I purchased this piece unfinished and in pretty rough shape. So, I spent some time making him his best. I added the feet, fur/gloves for the hands, face wrap, weathering, painting, etc.

The only thing that bums me out is the fabric. It looks fine, but it's not coarse enough to be film accurate. I'll live.

At least you can console yourself that the slight hit to screen accuracy is more than made up for by the fact that everything looks fantastic.

He's a bit more aggressive looking than I'm used to seeing in a Jawa, but it's a nice change of pace from the usual Jawa "standing there" pose. Plus, I guess they've got to protect their goods somehow.

That's looking bad-ass. Just tell people this guy had something valuable to trade for that fabric, so he's a bit richer than the other Jawas.

measured him today. It's about 39" tall.
