Okay this might seem a bit out there but when we think of all the breakages with our beloved statues, this might be something for a company the size of Sideshow to look into. This is Line-x an Elasomeric coating that protects whatever it's coated with by from not only erosion but impacts as well. If a statue was coated in a primer like this the likely-hood of in transit breaks would be nullified. Check out the video. Like i said it's an out there idea, but hey, why not.
