Link statue :(

Hey guys, I ordered a First 4 Figures Link statue sunday, arrived yesterday!
one problem though.. Link's sword broke
Its a GREAT statue IMO, I really disliked the pose on the pictures of F4F's website, but it really comes to life when you see it in the real!

but even so, I dont get how this happened.. Although the sword is REALLY thin, it looks beautiful! (Heck, its sharp as ^^^^!)

Anyone else got this? Also, I heard people complain about their quality, but the statue itself is really stunning IMO, especially the platform he's on!

I ordered them from a store located in the Netherlands called Gator, they had this deal this weekend about not paying any shipping for ANYthing, so I went and ordered heavy ^^^^ like crazy

Sorry about the breakage of the sword on your Link Statue. It looks like it's a pretty clean break, so if you get some super glue, maybe you can reattach it? I've done that before with one of my pieces and it works really well. Good luck man and it looks like a great piece!

im not glueing a 90 dollar piece id rather get a replacement, for that money i think its fair to not accept breakade! :] Also, i know shes a woman, i was reffering to the statue itself, not the person it represents ;]

I wouldn't glue it eaither for that price if it was a cheap thing then fair enough.

Update! just shipped mine back today, hope to be getting my replacement this week, but it'll probably be next week!

I'll post a review of it and a lot of pictures for those of you that are curious towards it!

Still in the wait to get: Mario DX figure, Gears of War 12 inch Light up Marcus, and the crownpiece: first 4 figures phazon Samus!

I'll be posting pictures of these all within this month!

I have had the same problem with this figure. The sword was broken in this point. In my case, the seller sent me a previous oppened box . I called to the shop for a partial refund because the problem had a good solution and the damage was very little (The cut was perfect and clean, without loss of material) and as I am restorer no problem. a few super glue 3 and solved.

Did you get your replacement? I've got my Link statue and I really love it!

I did not yet. They claim never to have gotten it, but then I used track and trace and they received it like.. the 27th last month. so I'm pretty pissed off about that. they're checking their stuff now to see if they got it, and I also didn't receive my mario figure.. Which they claim to have shipped but I never got a track and trace so I'm confident they didn't send it. Luckily there were no issues with Samus or I'd be pretty damn pissed by now.. Here's hoping for Link and Mario soon, so I can have a proper Nintendo shelve
