Looking for a top notch sculptor, any suggestions? or 3d designer?

Hi,

i am looking for a person who can do the best possible custom head sculpts, can you recommend anybody?
The price is not of importance

Or should I just hire a 3d designer, perhaps the quality would be even better if I'd print it, make a mold out of it and cast it in resin??
