:rotfl:rotfl i was going to give it away but freaking school is the Shat and i had to sell it cause i wasnt selling the Bust! lol

I concur, P!tu's branding helped sell this name plate for more than it would have otherwise. The guy is becoming a household name amongst collectors.

What's the big deal? $32 aint nothin to jump up and down about... Considering whoever bought this auction has a regular edition apoc bust that they got off the secondary market for at least $30 less than MSRP...so essentially it would even out.

I sold a freakin 1/6th Hicks shoulder lamp for more than $32 :lol

$32 isn't really making me flip over the moon here....now if it had been $320 or $3200 then you'd have a "Holy Crap!" moment but $32.....interesting since it's a "free" item but still...not really proving the "Nameplate is worth it!" argument...

Did you get all the broken pieces of the other Thing PF he had to (intentionally) break due to damage upon delivery from SS? It was great, Pitu had a video of him smashing it (again, intentionally) and he left the broken pieces at the base of his Hulk PF.

yeah i saw that video also, (quickly checking mine to make sure of no crack repairs):lol
i thought if a guy could get another Thing at a super low cost i'd do the same:naughty

the most valuable thing about the exclusive is the limited numbering, not the actual plate. whoever wants the plate for the sake of the plate alone has questionable taste :lol

Not necessarily. At least the name plate is tangible and in plane sight at all times, where as the ## of ### is only visible on the base and may not mean much to some people.

For instance, with Galactus, since SS screwed up the regular edition and will mass produce it, I think that name plate may speak for itself as their will only be 100 of them.

Edit: man, what is up with my grammar above. I must've been stoned when I type this.:lol

Hoq do you know this? :monkey2:monkey2:monkey2

wow, that's not very many.

:lol It's worlds apart from the Exclusive in terms of ES, isn't it? I mean normally there's a noticeable difference in the two, but I don't know if I've ever seen THAT big of a difference.

yeah no sht, ssc really pooped a big one on this one.:lol

but i'll wait for 6 months or so and pick up spare one on the cheap and try doing a light up feature.:naughty
i mean if the stealth im, which will have a much larger following because of the movie, is hitting rock bottom in value, this one is sure to be not far behind him. (the Galactus that is, not doom:cool:)

That seems to be the common trend with these LSBs. They hit "bottom" and stay there for a while. Then, they slowly increase in price and never look back.
