Hi guys, here's my custom road warrior
It's a custom in progress! Still waiting the head!! lol
The receipe
BBi Body
Saturday toys biker set resize to fit the body! and weathered!
Accesories (ebay)
Belt and straps custom made
Shoulder pad custom made
and his leg harness (don't know the right term) custom made in metal and working!!!

Lonnie Hale sells and makes customs heads ("Hero Heads"). He works for H2 Creative and they're very good. Check out the link and look at what he's got available, there's a Mad Max: Road Warrior head there. He sometimes sells them on eBay too but dont get it mixed up with the other head that's sometimes on there, that one's from MAd Max 1.

Excellent custom work thus far. Really nice rough look.
I did a 12" custom of Sean Connery as ZED in ZARDOZ... I used the rubber body from the Hot Toys ALIENS Drake figure I got from ebay.
(seamless elbow joint)
Hiding that joint would , well... you know.
Looks great!
