Comics are overrun with exquisitely drawn females.
To me it all depends on the comics, I personally think the women of the X-Men were the hottest during the Jim Lee era. But then I read the Hush saga and now Batman has the hottest females.
I think it is impossible to put a definitive list together; no matter what comic you read there are going to be hot female characters.

Give me John Byrne's Dark Phoenix or Storm any day of the week. Rraarrgh!!

I co-sign that it's just cool Maxim is giving some shine to comic women...actual list, aside. As for the list, yeah, I'd probably make a ton of changes...but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I guess....even when it comes to comics.

Aside from Jonni Future who had a consistant artist and should be #1 on the list - it's really a pretty arbitrary list. Whoever the "sexiest" comic character is depends on who's drawing her at the time. Now go live action and no one beats Yvonne Craig as Batgirl.
