My gifting is now complete I was but the hoarder, now I am the pauper.
Some stuff got damaged during travel and sorting to give out it was inevitable due to a ton of items all being lumped together.
Gun barrels, antennas, costume hoses stuff like that (The freaking antennas on the Disney Store exclusive diecast probe droids all got bent, Predator hoses etc!
)
It took all afternoon to sort out with the accessories and who was getting what.
I say in total between 7k-8k probably closer to 8k, all gifted.
I just kept adding items.
Just SW had to be around 4k.
I feel good.
Mission accomplished.

I have a few things I don’t want to bother selling but they just take up space. It’s nowhere near your amount, but I think I’ll take a leaf out of your book and gift them. Until now I’d never thought of giving stuff away as an option

Surgical coordinator called me today….FINALLY lets get this thing OUT OF ME!
“Mr jye your surgery date is on June 21st.
WHAT!!!!
But but but the surgeon said May because there was a 2 month window it needed to be done by and it’s been over a month since my diagnosis.
She responds…
”Wait the surgeon said in may..MAY! I am so sorry but he doesn’t know his schedule from his elbow at all I KNOW his schedule and his next surgical opening isn’t until June 21st.”
I say that had I known that I would’ve probably started searching for a different surgical group.
She tells me she will call me back.
She just called me said she spoke with the surgeon and he canceled his office day for May 6 which will be my surgery date!
I dodged a bullet I got tickets for DS2 on May 5th!!

When I finally got done selling all of my Marvel Legends, Hasbro SW, Legos and other just random collectibles, it was certainly a weight lifted off my shoulders. Glad I am streamlined to Art Prints and Hot Toys!
Quality > Quantity.

I'm at 31 now. Want list is at 9 and I'm sure will be growing with DS2 incoming. I'll get a good break, I think, between DS2 and Blade/F4.
