Blackqueen79, I agree for the most part with your comments. It's nice that companies are willing to interact with fans and customers but all I've ever seen come from that are arguments on the forum and people getting rude and upset. It happened with the Asmus threads and I'm sure many, many more. As much as I like companies caring what our thoughts are, they probably shouldn't respond to negative comments as it just adds fuel to the fire.
