Everything looks nicely tailored, but I'm not feeling the color scheme. I don't know what his outfit looks like under the coat, but in your ref it looks like it might be a dark brown turtleneck??

I may not be the best person for fashion advice, but the colors in his ensemble is not something I would wear. Black jackets should be worn with black or maybe gray pants, but brown pants?? Call the fashion police!!!

I would keep the jacket as is, make the pants darker and toss out the jacket, shirt and tie, and give him a brown turtleneck. Give him brown leather shoes and brown leather gloves and that would look sharp.
