Moccasin/boot help

Does anyone know an easy way to make decent ankle high moccasin type boots?

No, its more of a pull on, leather like bootie, akin to what Robin wore in Batman on TV. I just want to make it a little higher or "tighter" to hide the TT ankle joint.
