I bought a 12" Character Options Cyberman to go along with the upcoming 11th Doctor figure by Big Chief Studios. The Cyberman was only $15 loose on ebay. I knew he would need some work to bring him up to the level of the Big Chief stuff. I dremeled out his sides, since he looked too wide to me at the waist. I filled in the gaps with plastic hoses. Then I added in dozens of smaller hoses all around his joints. They are very flexible, so he can still move without breaking any of them. The figure has terrible articulation, and I still feel like his head is a little too small, but I didn't have the time to fix those flaws. So after adding the hoses I gave him a new paint job and called it good. Some before/after pics below. :)

I like what you've done with the Cyberman Luke . I've a soft spot for this figure , I've a dozen or so ( at the last count ) as they turn up all over here in the U.K , both at car boot sales and discounted in stores . Doing custom work on one (or more) has always been at the back of my mind , so your work has definately given me a few ideas ! You're right about the head though , it's way too small . I seem to remember seeing a 1/6 scale bust a while back , which might be the answer to this , but the cost has prohibitted me from moving ahead ( pardon the pun) with this particular plan . Maybe someone out there has one they'd be willing to make casts of ? Anyway , great job .:clap

Hey buddy Greggo from Big Chief Studios here. I have to say this is a mind blowing piece. If you have facebook we would love you to post it on our wall as well. As for the bust I can confirm it was one of the first Doctor Who projects we worked on along with the cookie jars however sadly its not 1:6 scale its closer to 1:4. But again mate we are blown away by your work. Greggo and the BIG Chief Team
