Well heard back about the body and shirt I have to send them back to a UK address and they will send me a new one. Took 9 days for them to tell me I had to go to my retailer tho

BBTS has this in stock. So I guess it's officially, legitimately real now.

Yep, and I caved.

Had it on P0 3 times at BBTS and cancelled 3 times. BUt after seeing all the reviews, including ck's neck plug solution.. I had to have it. May be the only figure they ever make and I was curious and excited to experience all the innovative features, heavy endo body (M8 will replace free) with all new articulation, futz free posing on the base without removing figure (via strong magnets), the boot detail, Gibson, etc. And it's Lennon. PLUS, I may use the metal frame clear lens glasses for my BW Egon.

I may actually pose him in all black and may grab a 1/6 chair.

I didn't change a thing on the heads. I put the body into my parts bin. With a slightly smaller body the head looks fine, and the clothes fit better. I thought I'd pulled a ZCWO slim from my bodies drawer, but it was actually a very old Blitzway -- probably a Scarface body. Scale and color were perfect. I've also used some Doctor Who hands that are much better for guitar. The right hand even holds a pick.

Once you realize that body is just too big, you've got the makings of two Lennon figures. I'll post a photo after the footwear I've selected arrive. Lennon wore more than two outfits, and he played many, many guitars. The head sculpt by KA Kim is gold. The possibilities are endless. Just ditch the body. Changing the rest to try to make the body work is just not worth it.

Well I'm not sure where they are based in the UK but I had to send mine back to a Thai restaurant waiting for the replacement parts

Got my figure in. It's pretty ok for the most part. My main complaints have been stated as nauseam in this thread. Though I'm super disappointed the hands on mine came stained.

Ouch. Will check mine for hand stains before checking for ripped underarms, thanks for the heads up.

I saw a recent pic on Twitter of Sean Lennon ( John and Yoko’s son ) and Yoko

He freakin looks like his dad in the hippie era of John’s career now , complete long messy hair , glasses and Father Time beard

Two more complaints: the sandals feet don't hold to the magnetic base all that well. They'll hold him up, but the way the joint sits in the foot is a little loose. If he leans a little too far forward the magnet won't hold him. I also felt like I was going to break his legs. They would not move forward or back. It took a lot more force than I was comfortable with to get them to start moving.

I can barely remove the sandal feet from the base the magnets are so strong. Good note about posing with sandals, thanks.

Gotta, say, overall pretty happy with this. Excellent tailoring, superbly detailed guitar, KA's sculpt is truly amazing, like the magnet base, boot craft exceptional. No hand stains with mine, still have to check the body. My only nits are body too lanky, head a bit small. May remove the neck peg but the neck can articulate down, so not so sure that's a major problem.

I already have this guy in my bedroom next to my Lennon books. Glad I got it.

I'm hoping they improve the proportions on Wonka the quality and everything is nice. Got a feeling they won't use the endo on Wonka but go with a normal body.

Currently waiting for replacement parts body and shirt so he's back in the box.

For those who have this in hand, don't you think KA's sculpt (and the paint apps) are excellent?

If M8 survives, I have no doubt the Wonka will be really good. And I doubt it'll have the Mark 1 body, we'll see...

They changed the description ages ago to just say this instead of the endo. It’ll just be a regular plastic body for sure

Hmm, why would they include a magnetic base if they weren't using the M-1 Endo?

Guess they'd just slap mags on the shoes.
