My Leo came with a left hand that is so tight I can't put the sword in am I the only one or is that common?

This seems to be common among a few folks including myself. I had to heat up one of my hands with a hair dryer and then work the fingers back and forth to loosen them up a bit. You should be able to get the sword in a bit easier. Pull the fingers back as you insert and position the sword in the hand rather then forcing it from the top down into the hand because I made that mistake and scruff up the red paint a bit on the sword from the friction. Very true, the one sword I did force down in the hand I don't think is coming out anytime soon lol.

Both hands are tight. Warm them up first.

looks beautiful but the joints are hit or miss. i still can't move one of his hips forward/backward...

You can only move it either side to side or forward and backward. Youre going to have to rotate the joint for either or. It sucks how they did it.

So here's a good tip for everyone regarding rigid hands: go buy a wooden dowel that is about the same diameter as the sword handles. After finding the correct size that can stretch his hand, force the hand to grip onto the wooden dowel (this is sounding sexual...). Then use a hair dryer, heating pad or hot hater and place hand in water while holding dowel or just keep it attached to dowel as heat is introduced. This helps it adjust to the grip and makes it where you can place the swords with less force.

It's really hard to get the lighting right, I can snap a few more when the sun comes up. It's not way off, but my wife noticed it, too.

My Leo arrived. Haven't had time to release him from his plastic prison but first impressions are fairly positive. Not the absolute best paint job but pretty solid from my quick look. Does price reflect quality? Probably not but I'm happy just to have an OG comic Turtle in figure form. I'm all in on this line regardless of my minor disappointments.
