I got the exclusive edition too (6/20 if memory serves). I know Markus has been shipping out as and when but not sure in what order, though he has had an unavoidable delay. Drop him a line via his web site

Cheers Bill. It's been fun doing it. I managed to get in at the beginning of this project so had it paid for a long while.
But yeah, so many goodies and so few pennies makes Jack a sad boy!!
