The Phantom Menace Darth Maul reveal scene (when the doors open and he takes his hood off - perfection).
Yoda igniting his lightsaber (yes, the fight was cheesy, but that moment was insanely cool).

Predator
The predator's facial expression after Dutch is doing his "Come on, kill me, I'm here, kill me!" speech. The look he gives Dutch...that look. Just perfect. So much personality and character in that look. So sinister, so clever. You wouldn't for one second think that that was a guy in a suit.
To this day I think the original predator is the most realistic and life-like movie monster that's ever been put on screen.
Predator 2
King Willie's speech to Harrigan.
Predator vs King Willie:
Predator roaring on top of the skyscraper with his spear in one hand and freshly ripped skull + spinal column in the other.
Lord of the Rings
All of the end scenes that people complain about, including Aragorn's song, Frodo's goodbye, Samwise's wedding, the reunion at the Green Dragon, etc.
Opening battle sequence to Fellowship.
Gandalf realizing that Bilbo's ring is the one ring.
And my favorite scene in all of the Lord of the Rings trilogy... Aragorn's speech to Theoden "Ride out with me".
Shame The Hobbit had to be such a massive disappointment...
Hmm, now I realize I've gotten a bit carried away.
But yeah. Basically every scene in the Alien and Predator franchises, and half of the Star Wars and Lord of the Rings franchises.
If we're talking TV shows, there is one sequence that cannot be defeated, and it starts with 1 word and 1 hand gesture.
