Movie Iron Man PF...

Will SS be making one or two or...

I know a lot are sick of hime.. but I want at least one of the Movie Ironman in PF!!!

Wouldn't mind having some of the other versions either.

I think we need an IM PF in a standing pose. The movie version seems like a likely candidate as a 1/4 maquette. Throw in the SWS factor and it will be the perfect companion to the 1:1 bust.

Not to mention all the people that missed out on the first version get another shot.

Im sure this will get done. I doubt SS got the liscense just to make the bust. A PF seems like a given. IMO

Yep, I'd buy this. It would be my only Marvel PF piece, but I love the design and he'd look great as a PF.

SS really needs to get off this trend of doing and redoing only a small fraction of Marvel characters and expand into the vast Marvel Universe that they've barely tapped into.

I don't think Sideshow would make any PF or Comiquette size Red and Gold Iron Man.
They would not do that to throw off those fans who bought them for $1000+ on ebay.
For example,

1. They didn't make second Cave Troll Statue when that was selling $2000 + on ebay
2. They didn't make full size Balrog statue when it was selling $3000 + on ebay
3. They have no plan on making another... 1:1 venom bust, 1/4 scale Dr.Doom statue, 1/4 scale Predator, 1:1 Alien worrior bust...etc just because they are super popular on secondary market.

They would probably make different versions like grey Iron Man. Like this. or at least something quite different from their existing comiquettes.

I don't have any Iron Man PF's, but I thought the original one was based on comic book art. Granted, Comic Artwork that seems to have been a large influence on the movie armor design, but comic art nonetheless. Wouldn't a movie Iron Man PF be a different thing altogether?

Sideshow doesn't re-release items, but the sure do release items that have an uncanny similarity to past releases from time to time. just see how upset people are about Hellboy guns at the moment.

I think SS has the license to only a handful of characters.

On an unrelated note, I think the Marvel LSB line may be cancelled soon. When you have exclusives for characters like Hulk and Wolverine sitting there collecting dust you know something is not right.
