Who remembers this Disney horror flick from back in the day?

I just scored a copy on ebay! This movie was a favorite as a kid. I cannot wait to see it again, its been like 15 years maybe more.

I really like this movie when I was a kid... wasn't it a "Wonderful World of Disney" TV movie? Also remember liking the sequel, it'd be fun to see them again.

Yeah, that show was great. As a child Michael Eisner (child of the 80's here) always seemed so friendly as he introduced the shows

I remember Mr.Boogedy, he shot green electric crap out of his hands?.

I think he was a carnie or something?, all i remember is that he wore a top hat i think, and i remember two kids in the story and a carnival horse ride inside of a tent maybe..blah,its been forever.
