It looks like Moon starring Sam Rockwell is going to have a sequel. The director, Duncan Jones, actually said he wants to make a trilogy out of it all set in the same universe.
The next film will be called Mute, and it is set in a futuristic Berlin. A mute bartender goes looking for his missing girlfriend and finds a world of trouble in a Blade Runner-esque underworld. If Moon was an homage to 2001, then Mute will Jones' love poem to Blade Runner.
Sam Rockwell has already been approached to reprise his role as Sam Bell. You can see some early concept art here...

I would guess that the guy standing on the left side of the art could be Rockwell's character. It kind of looks like his hair style.
Other sites are reporting that Jones is working on another film with Jake Gyllenhaal attached as the lead actor. The film is called Source Code and features a soldier played by Gyllenhaal who's mind is somehow transferred into the body of a civilian on a train that is bombed by terrorists. He must relive the bombing over and over until he finds out how to stop it. A sci-fi version of Groundhog's Day?
