My Aayla Secura review

I'm sticking with the SDCC exclusive theme this week, with a look at the Sideshow Star Wars Aayla Secura tonight. This is one of those figures that isn't exciting, but isn't terrible either. She is the first of the Jedi (other than old Ben of course) that I prefer in the Jedi robe rather than out, and she has one very serious eye problem, but in the end I was neither flim flammed or flabbergasted.

This is a figure I never felt bad about not ordering... not too impressive (but not terrible) and a character I have not connection too.

But, its nice to see that she can still at least be a decent addition to the line up.

At first I was extremely hesitant about ordering her. I'm a notorious cheapskate when it comes to buying toys (for myself anyway since my wife is always shaking her head at me at how many toys I buy the kids). But she has really grown on me. A very unique addition to my Jedi lineup and although it has been said many times, SSC figures look much better in hand.

Ugh. I'm by no means a huge SW fan, but this fig is FUGLY! I'm shocked Michael didn't deduct another 1/2 star for that sloppy paint crease on her face (1st pic, below the nostril). And those Leatherface arms. Yuck. And that...
