its my sculpt.I know its not perfect,but I like it.it looks way better in person.my black ss outfit should arrive tomorrow.

well here are some more shots.I still have a few pieces to add to him.I am making a custom cane for him that has a skull head on it and I need the leather strap that goes over his shoulder and down to his belt.I dont know what its called.but I do plan to tweak him alittle bit more.

yes its 12 inch.the doner body is a hasbro for now and the kroen is a sideshow body which is alot taller than the hasbro body.the uniforms ar both exactly alike.I plan to upgrade him to a hot toys body as soon as possible.

Not a big fan of the Hakenkreuz but ok, it belongs to both of them. But without any doubt the figure does look awesome. The headsculpt is simply great. Good work.

I was thinking of making this character as well, what I read was the Red skull was a mask or something? looks really great, shame he's not taller at the moment

Looks great man... makes me more intent on getting a black outfit for mine. I used a green outfit, which looks cool enough, but the black is where its at

I should get photos up of my Red Skull and Kroenen, both are getting close to finished, I still need new boots and gloves for Kroenen and a few more finishing details for the Skull.

What coat do you have on Kroenen, and which company did the SS unis?
