My DX12 Batman is cross eyed, what can I do?

I got a DX12 Batman off ebay a couple of months ago and I realized recently its cross eyed. No matter where I move his eyes both of them move a the same time so I cant change just one eye...What can I do?

I have the same issue with mine. I believe it's a common feature on the DX12. Not sure what cane be done, I'm a little too nervous about cracking the head open so I keep him looking down.

You don't have to crack the head open!

Take a hair dyer and heat the face from the front. Then, with a screwdriver, pry on the pers from the inside. The eyes will pop out. Heat the pers and twist it until you're happy with the result and freeze it under cold water. Heat the head again and pop it back inside and voilà! There you go!
