MY HULK

[JAWS]

Well I don't know if this goes against the rules of collecting but I sold my PF Lurtz that I won from Fireside and got myself THE HULK. I felt guilty selling it as it was a great prize from The Godfather but it was the only way I could get the Hulk. So the way I look at it I won the Hulk. I must admit I miss Lurtz a bit as it was a great statue but it was not one I would have purchased on my own but the Hulk was.

Anyways on to the Hulk statue. What can I say that has not already been said. The piece is amazing. The Hulk was my childhood comic that I collected and thus will probably be the only PF Marvel I ever get. However I have toyed with the idea of getting the Punisher as he was the comic I collected as a teen. But I am running out of room. After Fett arrives I am done.

I find it funny that about a year ago I asked if the PF Vader was worth it. Everyone said it was. When I said I was getting one I was told I would get addicted. I thought Yeah at these prices not a chance. Well here I am less then a year later with four PFs with one on the way plus the JAWS, Kong vs T Rex, Lord Sauron, and Balrog. And like a true addict I sold a ton of my stuff to get these things. The tuff thing is is that I know sideshow is going to come out with more great things that I will want (like the Creature from the Black Lagoon) but I have no more room. Oh well I am sure I can bust down a wall or something

It is an awesome piece, so awesome in fact that I twisted my damned ankle carrying the box to the garage!

Really though, when I got him out of the box I just sat and stared at him for hours, I was stunned by the sheer size and detail of this guy.

Heh... I'd never turn in my PF Lurtz for it, but the Green Hulk is growing on me... I have the Grey version, but... he looks better in green, on pictures anyway... I think...

I never thought to ask that. Actually after I first recieved Lurtz. I was getting ready to order Hulk from you. Then sell Lurtz. But I waited a day too long. When I went back to do the ordering Hulk was nowhere to be found.


Anyways Thanks again Godfather. You are the best. Without you I would not have this AWSOME piece!

I agree

there will be numerous hulks to come but I am not sure there will be a better Lurtz done in the future.

plus I never understand why people love this stupid looking ugly creature.
Only the big size shall not be a reason to love a statue imho.
