Robert Downey Jr is 5' 9" same as me and he must have a slimer face then me for sure.

If you motice when he had the actual suit not CGI suit the the face armor was real tight.

I dont think STAN WINSTON will give sideshow fauls messurments.

Ahem, it's moulded from the actual suit of armor. (Or the prototype armour. It was mentioned in the Backstage Pass)
So, of course it's 1:1 scale.

I got a big head !!! LOL!!!!

ROBERT has a very slim face and in the video I am not completly right beside it.
there is shadow that hides the width of the armor.
trust me face to face this armor is 1:1.
no question about it.
