Nice website!! (love the sounds) :rock

FYI....When you click on SW ROTS poster it directs you to the guest book, which you have to back a page to see the figs.

Awesome! It's coming along quite nice.

Since I design websites and do graphics on the side, just one thing to be picky about. On the site you have "Collectables". It should be spelled "Collectibles".

Very awesome man. Glad to see all your work showcased on one website.

Its no big deal to change it but rather than take it as red as thats the correct spelling I looked for a dictionary site :

https://dictionary.reference.com/browse/Collectables

&

https://dictionary.reference.com/browse/Collectibles

it comes back with both as being correct ?????

Which is more correct ? are they American and English spellings ?

Ill do a revised graphic anyway as my wife spells it the same way as bagelsncheesy and she tells me she is always right

(as for search engines its a graphic and as such not that important apart from the asthetic)

Bagelsncheesy youve started something in my household now

Cambridge lists : https://dictionary.cambridge.org/define.asp?key=14905&dict=CALD

again Cambridge lists both as correct

I dont pay for Oxford so cant check that

GREAT SITE GLENN! And cheers to Mooncat for doing this for you!
Bravo! Wonderful stuff!
A link is going up soon at my site! I may even break tradition and put it on my homepage! You deserve it buddy!
Congrats! :clap

Given the amount of images in the flash site Ive added a loading sequence to help stream it. Id appreciate everyones feedback on how it streams to them ?

Does it stream smoothly and in full ?

Nice work, though I personally I would ease up on the sound fx a little. The one that plays during the preloader is particularly annoying lol The site loaded fairly quickly on my end tho :).

Im guessing that when you click to launch the site, its loading the site and its whole contents as one flash movie right? if you are dealing with a lot of sections and alot of images; a more streamlined approach would be to make each section a standalone flash movie which you then load into the website when you click to view it. This means the site initially loads up more quickly and only loads up what the user wants to view.

Was thinking the same thing (they also increase loading times)

ATM Ive got 7 different starwars sounds in there probably bring it down to 3 or 4 (as I think they are OTT myself) and ill lose the loading sounds also

:rotfl :rotfl sorry to start something in your house. i've always spelled it as and heard it as collectibles. even sideshow is sideshow collectibles. just a thought. :rock

If you use action script to prompt the sound fx rather than adding it to each individual button, it will cut down the filse size because it will only be loaded once. Check flashkit.com for loads of tid bit on flash.
