seems like i've been working on this forever.
anyway i first wanted to make this since i saw the sideshow premium format figure and eventually got all my bits and pieces for him.
skull - repainted key chain & sculpted eyes (i may redo this as they are a lil' wonky looking)
body - dragon neo adam
uniform - did german m36 ss (was green, i dyed it black), bought at monkey depot
boots, medal, belt, gun, baton - bought from monkey depot
arm band - i made from an old t-shirt & white paint, swastika is pcb tape
shoulder strap - extra strap to something, just dug out of parts box
cigarette holder - a tooth pick with a bit of sculpting putty for the flair at end & painted.
silver arm bands - wider pcb tape just painted silver

i may tweak him a bit more in the future by adding a lil fancier shoulder & arm braids & rework the eyes but for now he will do.

alot of great work had gone into that......some good invention on items as well....pcb tape...! result :joy

Getting into this whole custom work now and things like this make it even more enjoyable.

It's good you didn't butcher a Nazi Kroenen for this...like so many others...

It looks great, another reason why Sideshow should do some 12" Marvel figs...

People do that? That's insane with so much 1/6 Nazi stuff available.

thanks everyone for the kind words on this custom/bash. i take a lot of inspiration from this board and the amazing figures that are produced by members here. the masters on this board are well......masters of the trade but some of these young guns have some really outstanding work & ideas as well that i beg, borrow and steal from. :D. i love the customs sections and the willingness of everyone to share the tips and tricks of the trade. its a wonderful community that can "git'r'done'"...:lol.

Nice work Barryo, love what you did with him... and a great looking outfit. It makes me want to try out a black outfit for mine.

i liked the color of yours too GB but i was kind of trying to match the ss PF and also when i think of nazi uniforms i think black.......although in reality that wasn't the case......but in movies seems more prevalent. im sure if you wanted you could dye that outfit. i did remove the chest ribbon but left everything else on. didnt affect the buttons at all and of course the badges and lapel ranks are separate anyway.

that is a nice uniform and i also considered a black coat for him as well & may still add one if i can find one that looks good and fairly reasonable in price.
