Conan looks fantastic. But there's something about his face that bothers me; somehow the expression is not in consonance with the pose. The body says 'action', and the face says, 'can I have an other cup of tea, dear?'

It's..... ohhh I'm bad at this, so take it with a it's-probably-way-off grain of salt.

It's maybe 12-13 inches? It's very nice, good size without being overwhelming.
