2K Sports is pulling out all the stops to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the NBA 2K franchise, offering up a limited Anniversary that comes complete with a tiny Kobe Bryant of your very own.

Standing 3 inches tall, the McFarlane Toys Kobe Bryant Figure that tops off the NBA 2K10 Anniversary Edition for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 is nearly large enough to dunk on his real life counterpart. He's just one piece of an impressive list of swag included in the celebration package, which also includes a 2K Sports game storage locker, a 16" x 36" Kobe Bryant poster, a commemorative DVD, and access to the 2K10 VIP lobby, where celebrities come to take on the little people.

An insane amount of swag, and that's not all. Ten of the 30,000 copies of the limited edition package will come with an original Kobe Bryant art print designed by Shepard Fairey's Studio Number One and signed by the player himself.

This is so impressive that even a non sports fan like myself begins reaching for his wallet. I've just got to figure out how to justify whatever exorbitant price they end up asking for it.

that is pretty cool. i'd actually use the locker for games but i'm sure the price is going to be ridiculous.

on a related topic i was playing NFL 2k5 on my regular xbox the other day and it still is the best football series, frak madden. long live the 2K series....one day hopefully.... :rock

i agree...this is why i refuse to buy any EA sports game ever again. buying out exclusive rights to the NFL because their competition was making better games every year.

:lol:lol:lol

I also dont see the appeal of that sport ..but then again, I'm Canadian.:duh

I don't get it either. It is barely even a team sport. It is usually all about 1 or two so called star players that want to sell sneakers. :rotfl

Everything is a foul too! Lame sport.

Everything you just said is usually what lame ***** who can't play (suck hard at it), I guarantee you wouldn't be able to last one full court game, you'd be gasping for air. As for it not being a team sport, yeah, that's why there are 10 guys out there passing the ball and helping out on defense.

I can see why Canadians are not interested as they are crazy about hockey, but to hear you go on and on about how much you hate basketball is lame.
