Need help from New York freaks!

Hey guys - I'm going to be in NYC next week and I'm desperately looking to buy a dc direct batch hot toys dx batman

Anyone know of any local stores that stock hot toys figures where I can check?

Please let me know!

Fourth World Comics on Long Island has a great selection of Hot Toys and Sideshow as well. I can't remember the name of the town it's in thogh, sorry.

I don't think you'll be able to at this point. The only place I can think of is MidTown Comics but they've been sold out for a while now. Everywhere is sold out.

Check Forbidden Planet in Union Square 14st. They might have it but beware they are kinda pricey over there.

Actualy Darth, most of their prices are a lot cheaper than even Sideshow lists their HT prices. UNDER market prices. I've saved hundreds from them!

But they're sold out EVERYWHERE here unfortunately, Forbidden had them for 1-2 weeks as soon as th DCD batch hit then never again.

Midtown is out, Toy Tokyo never even got them... St Marks never got them...

Yeah, Forbidden Planet has decent prices on Hot Toys stuff.
I was just there yesterday and I didn't see any HT Batman DX.

They had Two Face and Joker V1 from their Batman line.

Non Batman related HT stuff also there:
-Iron Man Whiplash
-Mech Test Tony Stark
-HellBoy Abe Sapien
-A couple of Micheal Jacksons
-Perseus from Clash of the Titans (an amazing looking figure)
-Comedian from the Watchmen
He was like $135 I think and is a nice looking figure but the one in the display case has an elbow pad ripping at the bicep.

I remember when they had the HT Tumbler on display in a case - at an angle cuz it was too big.

Dont worry about he comedian in the case... If he's in the case they have more than just the one... He is one of The best figures of all time and yes that's a great price... If I were you I'd snap him up!

I live in Manhattan and we could meet up during the week if your are interested. I work in midtown near Rockefeller Center.

Magnus my man you're not that far off. Awhile back when they only had one or two their prices were really steep... But they since hopped on the bandwagon... The most reliable store in the city for them... As soOn as sideshow gets theirs in about the same time FP gets em. They usually list right on or below SRP and of course you don't pay shipping... Plus I get automatic 15 percent off as a preferrd customer.

T 800 for example cost me 135 bucks! Can't beat that!
