Need help identifying this Alien...

I bought this Alien a couple of years ago, It was made by SEGA but I don't know more about him.

Anyone of you guys could help to identify this Xenomorph?

I have one too, it's actually very accurate compared to some other releases, it's head is better than HT's big chap!

I picked up one for around $15 in forbidden planet years ago, I would love to know more about it as well.
