Need help indentify female headsculpt!

Anyone know where this headsculpt come from?
I'm mainly interested in the rooted hair it came with.

I know Triad Toys has displayed a few incredible sculpts with some of the figures and outfits they sell that have never been made available. I seem to remember a A. Jolie lookalike a few years ago that was never released. Only the outfit that was displayed was for sale, not the figure, maybe that's the case. Otherwise I'd have to say it's a Cy-Girl or Cool Girl sculpt.
