Need help! Looking for Jack Nicholsons hair follicle stimulator

Ok guys, this is propably a tough one but if not the Freaks from the Freaks Board are able to help me, noone will be.

My cousin has birthday in November and his hair is getting thin. He always talks abou the hair follicle stimulator used from Jack Nicholson in anger management and how this will solve all his problems. No question this would be a perfect birthday gift.
A quick google search gave me no answer, yet some people seem to have asked the same question before, however without any success. What did Jack use in that scene? Any help would be highly appreciated.
