Need some help with finding a simple Blue spandex outfit for 1/6 HELP!

Currently working on a project and I tried to make my own spandex like tank top and pants, as you can see in the picture I bought a stretchy material and hand sewed 2 pieces I sketched out. it came out nice a tight like I wanted to show pecks and abs etc but its so rough. is there a company that make something like this I could customise? tank top or t shirt and pants or even better a 1 piece from toes to neck. would love some help!
