Need to move the deer crossing - local paper

I work in the transportation industry. This is an old joke, but very very good. I heard it 10 years ago.

The way I tell it usually is about a woman who calls the DOT complaining that the deer keep crossing the street to eat her flowers. The DOT asks her what she wants them to do about it. She replies, "move the crossing sign".
