I'm so damn excited I had to post this teaser shot for you guys.

That's funny if it is, I was just watching AvP today on television when I guessed incorrectly at what the diorama was.

The funny thing is, being a diorama builder myself, I can I.D. a lot of the stuff used.

Anyways, is it a dio of the Wayland compound from the AVP game?
Is it perhaps the Royal chamber?

I've been feeling the same way every time I see the commercial for it. I guess I know why they didn't put it out on the wii, but I want to play this game.

It took me about 50 dead aliens to figure out how to get passed that section though.

Anyways, if it's not too late, maybe you can suggest that Reverend use AA batteries for the canisters instead?
I think they should be a bit larger.

Actually, I'm not going the "ancient" Queen route with this.
It was cool in the game, but I prefer a normal (although AvP) version.

And it's just loosely based on that scene, Rev is putting his own take into it.
So it won't look exactly the same (ie...the canisters).
I just wanted to capture the "feel" of that scene in a dio, since it was so cool in the game.

Another one of my favorite maps was the original Royal Chamber at the WY labs. I really liked that they put the logo on the glass etc.

That dio looks fantastic. And you should totally use a battle-worn Queen! Imagine how unique it'd be! But either way, this looks promising.
