they're double ups of the sculpt with is twice the size of the existing figs but only for show purposes to show the detail

Bigbadtoystore has the series 3 set with the Palace Guard and 2 new locusts and the Locust Hive box set that has 4 locusts and 3 interchangeable heads.

Raam and Kim are actually not a part of any specific wave. The two-figure boxed set will be sold separately like Marcus Fenis (v. 3) vs. Locust Drone boxed set which came before Series 3. The ETA is still set for April, but look for it in May because it takes about a month to arrive by sea from China.
