Yeah but Good Luck is one of those phrases where context means everything. I don't think Sideshow meant it in the sarcastic context you are saying it (and I can't think of anytime in SW when someone said it like that either).
Seems it would translate to "may good things be on the horizon for you" rather than "good luck.. you're gonna need it".
