saw this about a month ago, it was ok, the only thing I thought was amazing about it was Jake. Worth a watch but it's a step below other films of it's kind.

That Red Band trailer is weird. It seems like it's advertising this as a totally different film from the other trailers. Trailer 1: "Look at Jake Gyllenhaal's unsettling performance as a sociopathic crime beat reporter." Red Band: "Look at the quirky hijinks of Jake Gyllenhall as a crime beat reporter, while hip rap music plays in the background."

I didn't watch it, but the screenshot for it has "****ing Amazeballs" in it, which does not inspire me to click Play.

Saw this tonight thought it was great. Gyllenhaal is definitely getting a best actor nomination for his work here.
