ok so my girlfriend is totally creeped out by the jigsaw doll from the movies. so creeped out that she said i cannot ever have one. i guess because she knows that i would eventually set it up somewhere in the house with all the lights turned off so she will find it sitting on the kitchen counter or on the bar just looking at her. :horror man i think i might order one and have it shipped to my brother's house anyways. it looks so cool.

No that I would have bought it, but I did think it was pretty cool.

UNTIL I SAW "SAW 2" THAT IS.

What a dissapointment, nowhere close to the first one. I know sequals usually suck but this one had no imagination at all.

dude if she truely loves you she must know toys come first. If you want it order it. you have to know whats more important to you......I'm so lonely....

Stand your ground my Jigsaw loving friend! Fear not your girlfriend finding out, fear what she will do to you when you put it on a bar in the middle of the night, for you will have a Jigsaw...puzzle to put back together!

I would just buy him anyways. Then when she comes home from work, and turns on the light she sees him and he says, "I wan't to play a game.. . . . "

I actually enjoyed the 2nd one somewhat as brainless entertainment

the only thing that bothers me about this version of the puppet is that the one from the movie does not have that smooth, clean finish as the puppet being offered has. Maybe Im being picky, but at that price I'd want it to be damn close to exact.

I noticed the puppet being alittle "beat-up" in the movie. I would get this piece but the price is the biggest issue.

Saw 2 was ok, nothing great. After watching it I thought Saw 1 had such a "new" feel to the horror scene, it was fresh, and 2 didn't have that feel.

My wife said the same thing about Freddy, Jason, and Tom Hewitt. They are sitting on my shelf. But it is a bit easier for me to get away with these things, seeing as how she's knitted her soul to mine for all eternity. :D

Don't be too upset. The head is totally wrong. After watching Saw 2 over the weekend, the differences are obvious. The main one being that the movie version head is much rougher and less clean looking. Medicom's is very idealized.

My girlfriend made a similar comment. She hates clowns so she said she was not amused by the Saw puppet at all.

She did love the Jaws maquette and is a good thing since I placed an order for that one. :D

I'd say, see ya baby! (kidding)

As a guy who mostly collects horror, and a man with a wife who gets wigged out by a good chunk of my stuff. (I.e: Life sized Zombie prop, life sized Chucky dolls, severed head props.) I have a room, I keep the door closed. Now she can't complain (well, I DID poke the severed head on a stake in on her the other day while she was using the restroom, but that was all in fun.)

Or, here, I'll help ya out:

"Honey, it could be worse, you could be married to THIS freak":

You'll hear, "I'm such a lucky woman, go ahead an buy your Saw puppet, just keep it away from me"

Just helpin' out.
:banana

Yeah I agree the face of the puppet from the movies has a paper mache' made look to it, the one for sale tooks to smooth.

Nothing justify a price tag like that on that doll and it aint Sideshow's fault.
