No More Shipping Estimates?

I noticed on my order for the Mordor Orc PF that there is no longer an estimate of the shipping costs, normally they have been a few bucks higher than what it actually ended up being but they are still a nice guide for the total cost of an item. Is this a one-time thing, or have they been eliminated from the ordering process?

Well don't even bother contacting SS,I did before and they don't give you a exact shipping charge, again just an estimate.

Get the measurement from the site and do if yourself will be more accurate.

i haven't had an estimated shipping in months, most 12 inch figs will cost $25, but i do find it very annoying because i used the estimate as a guide, now there's nothing but $0.00 shipping estimate.

Not true in all cases.

I contacted SSC Customer Service twice about the shipping cost for two separate items and got the exact cost for both. SSC's Customer Service reps were very helpful in getting me the shipping cost.

That's what I did and SSC CS did an excellent job getting me the info.

I guess it shows how many orders I have been placing.

While we may no longer be giving shipping estimates for pre-orders during check out, we have been providing the exact shipping costs in our Item Arrival Blasts. These are sent out usually 15-20 days before the item arrives in our warehouse.

If the item is instock, we will be able to provide a pretty close estimate for you. Don't be scared to call us, you don't want us to get bored do you?!?!

Also...If you get a shipping estimate by using the dims on the website and checking Fedex/UPS's website, remember to factor in the item price.
