I think they are real selective about which one to make. Liu bei isn't as popular to sell

Maybe true, but many people will buy him to complete the trio brothers set.
They also made some questionable choices before. Maybe it's just owner's favorite list than popularity.

Inflames don't announce figures very often, do they? It's been pretty quiet on their front. What's the rate, one or two figures every couple years?
