What's going on with them? They have not shown anything for months and a few months ago they were showing new figures every few weeks. A couple months ago the Blade Hunter Guy, Obadiah, Collateral and Transporter all came out within weeks of eachother.

Im worried the Taxi Driver will not come out at all it's been delayed 4 months. Thier quality was really getting top of the line too.

I'm sure it's coming Batty took longer then expected.

But this does seem to be a slow time for 1/6 huh? Hot Toys is so focused on Iron Man, Sideshow on GI Joe, aside from that were lucky to get the odd license here or there and lately alot less then usual.

I dare say, while the quality is great, I liked Hot Toys better when they stuck with the older classic films. T2 has been cool, poor Sarah choice aside, but wheres Die Hard, or more of those flicks. Heck whatever happened to Avatar?

I'm guessing they are now going by a different name... I suspect that Catwoman is there's. Pretty positive a commission many of us were involved with was them as well.

I'm not sure they were behind the ST... The work looks and feels different.

Regardless where's my damn travus bickle :(

they used to be century though right?

If they were century... that would suggest ST even more as they used the same body as the Joker. Also, the picture of a prototype Deckard sitting in the captains' chair was my first tip-off :lol

Also the paint work looked (to me) very similar to the Batty I just received. I could be wrong, but that's what I was thinking.

Hmmm could be right too...

The obadiah head I saw though literally had my jaw on the floor. At least behind the glass the painteork looked as good as hot toys.

You physically got down on the floor and touched your jaw to the ground? That's what "literally" means.

Store-rooms replied to a message I sent today regarding where the brothers production taxi driver is.

Hi,

Thanks for your business!

Sorry for late reply!

This item is not release.
I think it will be release at the end of this month.

Thanks a lot!

We'll see I suppose.

I'm really digging what I've seen from this company so far. The Replicant is essentially two figures for the price of one. I think the only thing I'd change on Taxi Driver would be a pre-mohawk head as the alternate. The Dirty Harry is giving me the shakes.

The Batty and Harry are both great figures--makes regret not picking up the Anton 'No Country' figure. :slap

That is one awesome figure.
