we are all guilty of something. only difference is oj IS guilty of murder. dna evidence doesn't lie but several ignorant jurors decided racial remarks were a bigger crime than double homicide. would you still be shouting this stupid remark if you were a member of the brown or goldman family? as for armed robbery..nevada state doesn't mess around with criminals. oj will get more time for robbery in nevada than he would have for murder in california.

The original Simpson case was lost the minute that Los Angeles District Attorney Gil Garcetti bowed to blackmail from the NAACP and other groups and agreed - without a court fight - to move the trial from Brentwood where the crime actually place to downtown LA. The goal of this of course was to pack the jury with people from the hood who would be more than sympathetic to Johnny Cochrans racial rantings and racist conspiracy theories. It worked to perfection.

Garcetti should have been hung for going along with that decision. Simpson and his attorneys played the system like it was a fine violin and they were virtuosos.

Cochran is dead and hopefully getting his just reward. But there is always some legal scumbag out there who is more than willing to pull that crap again to get Simpson acquited yet again.
