Only because its the line with more offered so far. They could have done the same with Iron Man (Mark 3, Mark 3 BD, Mark 2, Mark 2 Ice Damage, etc) they just didn't. We still have major characters absent from Terminator: Salvation not to mention there are other licenses waiting in the wings...I would think that the DX line would be spread as far as possible to get the R&D back.

Regular release. The DX has two full outfits. Scarecrow's look just consisted of the suit with either the suit jacket on or the straight jacket on. But still the same outfit. Pretty much should be released just like Two-face. But he DOES need to be released!

Couldn't Hot Toys just pair up some of our most wanted co-star characters similar to the new Joker DX idea?

Say:

James Gordon and Scarecrow

Lucius Fox and Alfred Pennyworth

Bruce Wayne and Ra's Al Ghul

You'd have the first character complete and then the second with outfit and sculpt. I figure this is the only way we would ever have a chance of seeing these characters offered by HT's.

Yes and no because if they did try this concept out in their new "DX" line remember the price will remain at around $180. So I can't see many (even if 2 in 1) paying that much for Gordon BUT if you have the opportunity (including $30 body) getting 2 different characters for around $200 I can see that working out better.

I love the TDK line but I am ready to move on. That said, I would buy any of the above mentioned figures because the line is fantastic.

I am still waiting for Mark III (SS) and Hellboy which both should be here soon. Then release Dutch, Predator 1 and THEN I will be ready to revisit TDK

Ra's could be a DX figure by himself if it was all inclusive. Gotham city suit, ice training gear, and ninja initiation gear. 3 outfits, one figure.
