Pretty easy actually: head from eBay (unpainted), cheap knock-off imperial uniform from eBay (tunic painted grey with acrylics). Cape: I dyed one of my hot toys Like capes black to match the Mandalorian look. I then got a custom that looked better- so I took that one for the Garindan. Belt, holster, blaster is custom by me but not the most important pieces for this figure

So much awesome work. Out of all the aliens from Star Wars, the Duros is in my top 3. If i can get heads, i have plans for several non-cannon figs.

I used some fabric from a fabric store
Painted it black with acrylics
Then sanded it and used a mix of dry brush with acrylics, pastel chalk and Tamiya weathering
