Painting an outfit on a figure?? Can anyone do it for me?

I want to make a custom figure of Silk Spectre II from Watchmen but I hate the costume HT used for their version, it's so clunky and in the film - the outfit literally looks like it's painted on. The body I want to use is a barbie body, so it's plastic (no rubber like HT)...

Well i don't think it will look nice if you paint directly to the body.
Will look really strange and way more if you do it on the Barbie body, but that's just my opinion.
 
Her costume is the movie was made with translucent latex (By the some people who did the returns catwoman suit. The seams in the suit are mosly glued instead of sewn which is why you don't see alot of seams on it.
 
I have actually wanted to try it. It seems crazy enough of a project for me to take on :lol
