never had a problem with paypal...could it be because im white? :monkey3

thats what i asked him.i only used the race card to stumble them up. i was kinda surprised he didn't hang up on me:naughty

I too hate paypal. It's too easy to cheat the system which completely benefits the buyer. I would buy on paypal all day for less than 500 bucks. I have had buyers try to cheat me every which way. I use to use delivery confirmation but now I use online tracking. I have had delivery confirmation through the post office and I still had buyers trying to scam me (even once succeeded because it wasn't online). It is a total sellers beware organization.

Cheers,

Brad

If someone trusts paypal so much, come on I will sell you something for any amount and I commit that you will not be able to get whether your money or the item.
I lost some money in the past and the seller escaped although she/he had over 98 % feedback and the answers I received from paypal was so funny. No coverage at all.

Paypal..x

i know that the USPS confirmation number can track your package online.i can't understand any seller who refuses to pay the extra $.50 cents.it really is a good way to protect yourself.

Tell me about it paypal is ****.

I use bidpay all the time much better and better protection.

I haven't had any problems with paypal as such - but I have found out that they put out of business or bought out any competitors. Which is mildly annoying. I have to send a US Money Order to complete a sale - and you can no longer buy one and have it mailed direct. The closest you can do is either buy one over the counter here in Oz and mail it yourself, or arrange to have the money collected at a Western Union agent. Totally inconvenient considering about 6 years ago I could do this via sendmoneyorder.com but paypal bought them out but doesn't offer this function. Bleh.

Yeah Paypal recently took $285.00 from my account saying I may have recieved unauthorized funds. This has happened before but they usually give me my money back. It is still BS though. It has been two weeks and they still haven't completed their "investigation."

i had an auction close last night and they want proof that i shipped the item.i asked the guy, what do you want me to do? break into the post office and ship it myself ? if they're gonna hold up money then they should be paying interest.

That type of scenario happened quite a bit with those who sold PS3s, and Wiis. Is that what you sold? If you go to paypalsucks.com , you might find some helpful information in their forums. Sorry to hear it happened to you.

I wish more people would use Bidpay so much better IMO,Makes those PP pricks take it where it hurts.I will never go back to PP.

If too many people start using Bidpay, Paypal/eBay will just buy them. :emperor

Sadly - this is common. When one company gobbles up the business model of another - the intention is always to quickly assimilate the new company's model and processes.

Sounds simple enough. Buy the company and take over it's processes. But a weird dynamic always happens with the takeover. There's always conflict because of that weird "takeover" mentality. So most of the time - the business model that is aquired just goes away. Not because it wasn't good ( in fact it is proven successful) - it goes away because the original momentum and fire behind providing the service is extinquished by the takeover.

Has happened to me twice now. Sucks big time and is far from progress. :(

From your Paypal account or your Bank Account?
It was from my Paypal account. I didn't actually have any money in there so it just gave me a negative balance.
