Photoshop Help?!

I am in need of someone who is good with photoshop. Not only do I not have the program, but the times I have used it, it has confused the hell out of me.

I've been told the project I want it for is quite simple, however, I have no idea if that is correct being that I know nothing about the program.

In an effort to keep this thread to a minimum, I am requesting someone with some spare time to PM me and let me tell them what this is all about and how it will help out on this forum (and others) when completed. Thanks.
