I think these are for major retailers like Wallmart or Toys R Us and look decent enough. Might make some good kit bash/custom fodder.

yea he does look nice. i've never heard of this company before.

the boots look kinda weird. it looks like they may be solid plastic.

Possible kitbash is a good call. The Will Turner sculpt is pretty decent. I've got a great custom Jack Sparrow and he needs some company. Keira in particular. Or is it just me that wants her

I think the Sparrow looks great and the Turner's not bad. But as cool a design as Jones is, that doesn't look so hot. I can't believe SSC missed out on this license though. Would have thought it would be a no-brainer for them.

"Zizzle" is making some horrible stuff for this movie. Stick with NECA. Their stuff is really beautiful. Again.

True. Sideshow would have done these figures justice like no other. Don't know why such a huge franchise went with "Zizzle"?

However, on further viewing, their Sparrow sculpt is really good. Its just the clothes that look chinsey.

Not sure what Davy Jones is supposed to be -- a barnacle-laden, lobster-clawed squid-man? Hope "it" looks better in the movie.

I don't think these look too bad, but I was hoping SS would get the license too, only because we'd have seen a full line with other characters like Norrington and Elizabeth, both of whom I love more than Will.

I'll probably be picking these up if the production figures look as good as those at Toy Fair. My Blackbeard is kind of lonley.

Actually, I think the Zizzle stuff looks pretty damn good, considering the price points. These are mass market toys, not specialty market. With the huge fascination kids have with pirates in general right now, I think the 3 3/4" stuff Zizzle is doing will sell great.

I just wish they would do an actual line, and not just a few characters.

Zizzle's a brand new company made up of former execs from major toy companies. So far they don't have much stuff out, just a weird ipod toy and these Marvel Zizzlingers things at Walmart and Target(two random figures come in a packet you dissolve in water).

They're pretty secretive but seem incredibly serious about pursuing licenses, I expect we will hear more and more about them in the next few years.

And for $20 these figures are excellent. Hope they make an Elizabeth Swann.

Damn that's cheap (not in quality but in price). Who knows if these will be worth getting, at that price I doubt they can be of quality materials and manufactured well.
