Just curious now that Kong is over with, if anyone has heard what PJ's next project is? I haven't heard of any speculation lately about the hobbit, but, I hope to hear some soon :joy

Isn't he workin' on Kong 2 and 3? That's what was said on the Kong Production Diaries.... :dunno

That was an April fools joke. LOL

Besides the way Kong isn't kicking butt at the B.O. right now I don't think they'd do another if it was for real.

What is PJ up to NOW??

APRIL FOOLS?? Man I must be really behind..... I was wondering why the hell he was even thinking of doing them... :sick

I should have followed the online diaries...

HUH??????

Seems to me it is doing JUST FINE!!!!!..... ;)

#1 King Kong

Worldwide = $146.2

$142 million in 5 days!! :google

Not too shabby.

It's not a bad movie, but it's far too long. All those bloody reaction shots. Monkey - Woman. Back to monkey. Back to woman. Monkey, woman, monkey, woman, mo......WE GET THE PICTURE, GET ON WITH THE BLOODY MOVIE!!!!

Anyway, in all of PJ's future movies, someone should slap a time on how long he can spend on reaction shots.

Well I read in one article when asked why not just direct HALO, PJ said " I want a break". Im pretty sure after producing HALO he will take a vacation etc etc. Right after he will most likely jump on LOVELY BONES which I may add is a good book by Alice Sebold.

Jon...Jon...Jon... That IS the MOVIE!!!;)

Your missing the point of the STORY of Kong, PJ did an AWESOME job with this movie and this should, if not already, cemented his place in movie making as a master of his craft......

Overrated, possible but was that because we all knew the story and more importantly how it ends?
This is a love story, beauty and the beast, and was every bit that! Action with sense, humm hope your not talking Rambo action!!! I felt the movie flowed just fine as it was classic PJ, as a storyline build up, action, action and action with a climatic ending…..AWESOME!!!

Well, it may look like Kong is doing well but from expectations it's not plain and simple. All the estimates I saw for it in it's 3 day weekend last week was 82-85 million not the 50 it made. I really really like the movie so the only reason I care about the numbers is for PJ and Co. I plan on buying it when it comes out on DVD. As far as PJ cementing himself now M he did that with LOTR which if I remember the countless times you bashed him when I said that. Now, it's different. Exactly how does crow taste?????? :p :p :p

Nopers, NEVER bashed him for his partaking on his quest of the LOTR’s, just that god awful statue that SSW made!!! HUGE difference;) As far a crow, not sure as you and I eat a different places apparently as crow is NOT on my menu!!!! :D

LOL You suck M :p :p :p :p

All the best to you!!!:D

I just read an interview with PJ a couple days ago and he said that he was just going to take a well needed break for a while. He mentioned that he plans on relaxing, reading some books, and might start working on a few scripts. With 'The Lovely Bones', he mentioned what attracted him to it was the challenge to adapt it to film. But there was nothing that sounded like he was working on it any time soon or that the film was a definite.
